Susan has been a member of FCC since 1999 and has served in the capacity of Director of Children's Ministries from 2000-2003. Including the present year, she has worked with children for 24 years - in several Christian Churches (OH, GA, and PA) and as a substitute teacher in elementary schools (in both GA and PA). Sue received a BA in Elementary Education with a minor in Learning Disabilities in 1983.
Sue is married to Barry, and together they have six children: Amy (married to Larry), Mike, Alicia, Heather, Sarah and Jennifer. And they are also proud of their granddaughters Natalie, Alyssa and Lauren. All of their children are members of First Christian Church.
Sue is excited to work as the Children's Minister. Her hope is that the children's ministry will encourage many families to be active in the church and its programs. Our children are the future leaders of First Christian Church.
